Update of New Construction: Building 13 and 14
Recently, buildings 13 and 14, two 20 x 24 foot multi-telescope buildings, were approved by the county. Construction is expected by September, 2022.
Each of these buildings will house 4 large and 4 smaller telescopes. For the larger telescopes, there will be a clear 5 foot radius with a 10 foot ceilings. This is equivalent to the spacing in Buildings 11 and 12. For the smaller telescopes there will be a 2.5 foot radius, again with a 10 foot ceiling. With two of these buildings, an additional 16 spaces will be available. |
